{A Rainy Afternoon}

I am a fanatic about rain; not the lighting storm type, but a drizzle, a hard patter, or a thunderstorm. Splashing in puddles, observing the colors turn more vibrant on plantlife,  feeling the cool drops fall, and smelling and savoring the freshness that a rain leaves at its climax are all reasons why I love it. However, it also allows pretty stunning photography to occur. Today it rained nicely - on and off, while the weather was still warm. Perfect climate for a photo shoot :)

{I couldn't decide which one I liked better. It was raining pretty steadily when I took these, and I was attempting to get a shot of a drop hitting a puddle. Instead, I got a shadow of a tree in the water :) Looks kind of like a starry night!}

With a simple "snap" of my camera, I was able to capture captivating photographs that I can look back on to remember this rainy day. I feel so blessed to have my own camera! I hope it rains again soon.
I pray you all had a superb day!
