I have made this recipe twice already. It is so incrediblicious! I am obsessed with good chocolate chip cookies, and this fluffy, perfectly sweet, chocolatey, single serving treat tastes just like your favorite recipe, except for the fact it is 10 times easier!
Also, it is really addicting, so watch out!
Chocolate Chip Cookie In A Cup
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. granulated white sugar
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
3 drops of vanilla extract
small pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
Scant 1/4 cup of flour (little less)
2 tbsp. chocolate chips
Melt the butter in the microwave in a microwave-safe mug.
Add in sugars, vanilla, and salt. Stir to combine.
Separate your egg and add and stir only the yolk into the mix.
Add flour, stirring again. Finally, add the chocolate chips, giving the batter one last mix. Cook in the microwave for 40-60 seconds, checking for doneness starting at 40 seconds. Mine takes 50 seconds. Serve warm.
