Single-Serving Blueberry Muffin

The other night, I was craving something sweet and fruity. With fresh blueberries at my disposal, I chose to make this absolutely
scrumptious single-serving blueberry muffin recipe.
By the way, let me just inform you that in New York, everywhere you turn you see someone selling relatively cheap fruit.

Anyhoo! Oh. My. Goodness. Gracious. It was truly perfect - light, fluffy, airy, sweet, bombarded with blueberries.
This recipe could be quite dangerous.

BLUEBERRY MUFFIN IN A MUG
3 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
heaping 1/16 tsp salt
1-2 tbsp fresh blueberries
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp milk
1 tbsp brown sugar

Mix dry ingredients together. Add the wet. Stir until just combined. Grease a little dish and pour in the batter. Bake in the microwave for 90-ish seconds, and voila!

Love, Julia
